- Coordinate with Purchasing department all required tender documentation
- Tender scoring
Project Management
- Provide on-site supervision and oversight during the Works phase to ensure that the works are undertaken according to the approved design and specifications.
- Review contractor submittals, resolve technical issues, and conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Contactor/Client Liaison: dealing with all contractor and client queries regarding performance and works requirements.
- Act on behalf of the client as the Project Supervisor of the Design Process.
